The videos shown in each section of this section "external videos" are videos already exposed to the public, by the holders of their publication rights, on free access platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, and they are presented here with a single informative purpose, having taking into account the provisions of the CJEU ruling-02/13/2014 (Svensson case -see-) and the order of this same court, dated 10/21/2014 ( see ) . However, any request for withdrawal by whoever proves legitimate rights over the video will be attended to.
