. Palm trees with a stipe of more than 12 m, with the exception of Washingtoniana robusta, which should be> 18 m.

MONUMENTAL TREES . Monumental trees may be declared those specimens and arboreal groups that due to their exceptional characteristics of age, size or other types of historical, cultural, scientific, recreational or environmental events are worthy of specific protection and conservation measures; The specimens that have a specific coefficient of monumentality will be included in this category. This declaration will entail its inscription in the catalog of monumental trees of the Valencian Community.
SINGULAR TREES . Singular trees may be declared those specimens or arboreal groups that, without reaching the category of monumental tree according to the decree of development of Law 4/2006, stand out for their notable characteristics of age, size or other circumstances; in particular, specimens that have a specific coefficient of monumentality will be included in this category. This declaration will order its inclusion in the catalog of singular trees of the Valencian Community.
MONUMENTAL TREES OF LOCAL INTEREST

Municipalities, by agreement of the plenary session of the corresponding corporation, may declare monumental trees of local interest, those specimens or arboreal assemblages that stand out at the local level, due to their biological, landscape, historical, cultural or social characteristics. This declaration will be communicated to the competent environmental department, which will proceed to its registration in the corresponding section of the catalog of monumental trees. ( Art.5 of Law 4/2006 of the GVA )
TREES WITH EXCEPTIONAL VALUE
.
BY TRUNK PERIMETER: Perimeter of the trunk (or height in the case of slender species ) equal to or greater than 85% of the maximum value observed for the species in the Valencian Community ( see reference table ).
BY AGE: Any horse whose age is equal to or greater than 500 years.
BY COEFFICIENT OF MONUMENTALITY : Any specimen whose coefficient of monumentality is equal to or greater than 2.00 .
TREES WITH REMARKABLE VALUE
.
BY PERIMETER OF THE TRUNK: 1) Perimeter of the trunk (or alternatively height in the case of slender species ) equal to or greater than 70% of the maximum value found for the species in the Valencian Community, provided that said maximum is not less than that expected in specimens elderly of their species ( see reference table ) . 2) Perimeter of the trunk (or height in the case of slender species ) equal to or greater than the value established for the generic protection of specimens: 6 m of perimeter at 1.3 m of height in non-slender trees and 12 m of height in palm trees, except in Washingtoniana robusta which is 18 m.
For European Olea ( olive trees ) trunk perimeter greater than 3.50 m.
BY AGE: Any specimen whose age is between 350 and 499 years old, inclusive, will be considered to have a notable value.
BY COEFFICIENT OF MONUMENTALITY: Any specimen whose coefficient of monumentality is equal to or greater than 1.40 .
